Assessment of the Implications of Target Fishing on Black Jewfish (Protonibea Diacanthus) Aggregations in the Northern Territory

Concerns have been raised about how well Black jewfish survive after catch and release. This FRDC-funded study explores the implications of targeting spawning aggregations of this iconic species, and considers options to mitigate impacts.
